Our choices offer a delightful mix, ranging from charming boutique hotels to authentic Casa Rurals, cozy guest houses, and traditional pensions, ensuring a comfortable and immersive experience every night.
Planning Your WAW Travel Adventure: Practical Tips & Support
Booking your transformative journey with
WAW Travel is designed to be straightforward and stress-free. To begin, simply send us a booking request via email, detailing your preferred experience and any specific requirements. Our team will diligently review your request and respond with a personalized offer within two working days. To confirm your booking and secure your arrangements, a 30% deposit is required. Once this payment is received, we'll proceed to book all your services and provide final confirmation within another two working days, subject to availability.
Currently, we accept payments via bank transfer only. Upon accepting your offer, we will promptly send you an invoice containing all the necessary payment details to complete your reservation.
Important Considerations Before You Go:
- Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your booking 30 days or more before your departure date. In such cases, we will refund your deposit minus any incurred service costs. Please note that cancellation is no longer possible less than 30 days before departure, or once the remaining balance of your trip has been paid. We recommend reviewing our detailed cancellation terms for complete information.
- Travel Insurance: While WAW Travel meticulously plans every aspect of your holiday, we do not provide travel insurance. We strongly advise all our travelers to arrange comprehensive personal travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. This is a crucial step to ensure peace of mind throughout your journey.
- Travel Arrangements & Logistics: To further simplify your travel planning, we offer assistance with booking flights, buses, and trains to and from your starting point. Please note there is a booking fee of €40 per person for flight arrangements. We will also provide expert advice on the best travel options to reach your destination. Furthermore, if you require a car, motorcycle, or bike rental as part of your personalized itinerary, we can arrange that for you as well.
Should you need to reach us, our office hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00–17:00 and Fridays from 9:00–15:00 (CET). For any emergencies during your trip, please do not hesitate to call our dedicated emergency line at +34 660 320 444. While we don't have a physical office for walk-ins at the moment, feel free to contact us via email, and we'll be happy to explore options for in-person meetings if feasible.
